BRANDING & VISUEL IDENTITY

It’s one of the first developers' schools created in Guadalajara which started on 2016, they generate courses for people who are still are in high school and have the intention to learn about programming. The Leap system allows them to learn in a dynamic and attractive way.

The task was to develop the concept of identity, which has the premise of being fresh to attract young people, so we choose a palette with secondary colors also we create a pattern of simple shapes that remind us the symbols used in programming languages, this pattern is applied in different stationary applications at all times. Illustrations were generated for the courses given.

BRANDING & WAYFINDING

The design concept was influenced by the architecture of the building: a graphite front and yellow tiled walls.

We liked the idea of square tiles being an ideal form for premises with complex geometry, where it is not always possible to place wide rectangles with information.

Three colours were chosen as a basis. Yellow is the marking which is present on the signs or at the final point (office number, toilet, elevator, etc.), also it is a bright focal point of the edging of the elements. White colour is responsible for navigation in the office part, and graphite - in the warehouse.

Do you think legumes are boring? We don’t and the new Pedon Identity proves it. A Brand restyling that brings something fresh and unexpected on a predictable shelf through an international approach.

CLIENT
Pedon works, packages and distributes cereals, legumes and seeds, in Italy and around the world. Its attention to taste, quality and nutrition, and an offer of over 100 lines and 3000 products make the Brand one of the international leaders in this area.

ASSIGNMENT
A complete restyling of the Brand image, including Identity and packaging. A new language that is detached from the current proposal on the shelf of Italian supermarkets and that embodies the Brand philosophy.

SOLUTION
Naturalness and innovation find their expression through the usage of iconic shapes that represent the variety of Pedon products. Visuals are always dynamic and playful thanks to the colorful palette, a handmade Typography and a happy tone of voice. The result is an impactful balance between reliability and creativity.
