The Fluxx Leadership Conference brings together leaders from across industries to recognise work that is shaping how organisations operate and grow, making this especially meaningful.

For Manikandan, this reflects over 25 years of steady, hands-on work in healthcare and technology. From leading digital transformation initiatives and public health projects to building solutions that simplify how systems work in practice, his focus has always been on making things actually work on the ground. Whether it’s large-scale implementations or innovations like non-invasive health screening solutions, he’s consistently pushed for technology that is practical, scalable, and meaningful.
