Seeing an idea turn into something that can make a real difference is what Abdelrahman finds most exciting about his work.

Meet Abdelrahman, Software Engineer at iVoiceUp.

As part of our engineering team, Abdelrahman builds and improves iVoiceUp’s backend, turning ideas and requirements into reliable features. He also works on our AI integrations and contributes to the frontend when needed.

AI is where his curiosity shows most. As he puts it: “I’m naturally intrigued by how things work, especially when it comes to AI and new technologies.”

That curiosity doesn’t stop when the workday ends. Outside work, he enjoys trying out new tools and building things just to see what he can create.

For the teams who rely on iVoiceUp for compliance and reporting, that mindset shows up in a platform that keeps getting better.

Swipe through to hear what he enjoys most about building with AI, and get to know the person behind the build.

Few reports can look like good news. They can also mean employees don’t know the channel exists, can’t easily reach it in their language or on their shift, or don’t believe raising a concern is safe.

The ACFE’s 2026 report found that tips detect 43% of occupational fraud, and more than half of those tips come from employees. A reporting channel that isn’t trusted and used can leave risks hidden.

Three questions worth asking about your own channel:

1. Do your teams know it exists?
2. Can every shift reach it, in their own language?
3. Do they believe a report will be safe?

iVoiceUp gives organizations a reporting channel that is easy to reach and anonymous when it needs to be.

Security is the foundation of everything we build at iVoiceUp.

Before adopting a new platform, organizations look for evidence. Here is what sits behind ours:

• End to end encryption: data protected at rest and in transit

• ISO 27001 certified: information security managed to an international standard

• SOC certified: AICPA aligned controls

• GDPR aligned: data protection ready

• Pe*******on tested: annual assessments

• Hosted on AWS: enterprise infrastructure

Which of these does your organization look for first in a whistleblowing platform?

5% of annual revenue.

That's the ACFE's estimate of what the typical organization loses to occupational fraud each year, according to Occupational Fraud 2026: A Report to the Nations.

For a company generating $100M, that's $5M at risk annually.

Key findings from the latest report:

• Detection delay: The typical fraud runs for 12 months before it's detected.

• Behavioral red flags: 84% of fraudsters showed at least one red flag before detection.

• Top detection method: 43% of frauds are first detected by a tip, more than any other method.

• Employee tips: Most of those tips come from employees.

Internal controls and audits are essential. But one of the most direct ways to catch fraud early is giving employees a safe, anonymous way to report what they see.

Don't wait 12 months to find out.

Behind every thriving company is a foundation built on trust, structure, and psychological safety.

Meet Nadine, Chief Operating Officer at iVoiceUp.

At the heart of iVoiceUp’s growth is a strong operational foundation, and Nadine plays a central role in building it. Overseeing finance, HR, legal, and operations across our UAE and Egypt entities, she creates the structure that allows the company to grow quickly without losing balance.

Here’s how Nadine approaches building trust and scalable operational structure:

On psychological safety: “A lot of silence in organisations isn’t people having nothing to say, it’s fear of retaliation. Once people know there’s a genuinely safe place to be heard, without it costing them anything, they start speaking up on their own.”

On building the foundation for growth: “Honestly, what I’m proud of is watching a company grow from something scrappy into something structured, and knowing I helped build the parts nobody sees… that let everyone else move fast without things falling apart.”

Structure is more than just processes; it’s what makes trust possible. That principle guides how Nadine leads our internal operations, and it’s that same foundation iVoiceUp helps compliance and whistleblowing teams build for their organizations.

Fraud isn’t always the work of one person.

According to KPMG’s Global Profiles of the Fraudster (2025), 55% of fraud cases in MENA involve two or more people working together, typically in groups of 2 to 5.

When multiple people are involved, concerns can be harder to identify through routine controls alone. Having a confidential way to report concerns gives people another way to bring potential misconduct to light.

iVoiceUp provides anonymous reporting, voice masking and two-way messaging, so people can report concerns and respond to follow-up questions without revealing their identity.
