Your GHL automations probably aren’t “randomly breaking.” 👀
Most of the time, the real problem is 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀.
Someone renames a pipeline stage.
Someone edits a shared tag.
Someone changes a workflow trigger.
Everything looks fine… until an automation that depended on that element stops firing.
And the worst part?
It might not break immediately. You could make the change on Monday and discover the issue days later — making it feel completely random.
The fix is simple: 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗛𝗟 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲.
Before editing a tag, stage, trigger, or custom field, check what depends on it and document the changes.
Because it’s not random.
