Cyberpunk 2077 at 345 FPS? at 4K MAX Settings and Path Tracing!

Cyberpunk 2077 reached 344.90 FPS average on an RTX 5080 using NVIDIA DLSS Multi Frame Generation at 6X with Path Tracing enabled.

Benchmark settings:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
Output Resolution: 3840 × 2160
DLSS Super Resolution: Ultra Performance
DLSS Model: Transformer
DLSS Ray Reconstruction: Enabled
DLSS Frame Generation: Enabled
Multi Frame Generation: Fixed 6X through NVIDIA App
Path Tracing: Enabled
Screen Space Reflections: Psycho
Other graphics settings: Highest available

Results:

Average: 344.90 FPS
Minimum: 321.94 FPS
Maximum: 369.42 FPS

The Cyberpunk menu and benchmark result screen display the game’s internal 4X Multi Frame Generation setting, while the NVIDIA App profile was configured with a Fixed 6X override.

The benchmark summary also reports “Ray Tracing Enabled: No,” even though Path Tracing was enabled for this run, so that field does not appear to reflect the active Path Tracing setting correctly.

These are displayed frames using DLSS Ultra Performance and AI-generated frames, not native 4K rendering. Even so, reaching almost 350 FPS while running Cyberpunk’s Path Tracing workload is an extreme demonstration of what the RTX 5080 and DLSS Multi Frame Generation can output.
